How much is in one pack?
Each pack is 110g (frozen) and contains 27g of protein.
How should I store it?
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Stays fresh for up to 10 months.
Are there other flavours?
Currently only Black Pepper is available. More flavours are coming soon.
Where is it made?
Made with Canadian chicken in a HACCP certified and Federal Approved facility.

How do I eat it?
🍳 Pan (Best Results)
Thaw overnight in fridge → heat with a little oil → cook until golden brown. Tender and juicy every time.
📦 Microwave (Quick & Easy)
Thaw overnight in fridge → microwave 1 min. Adjust based on your microwave's power.
⚠️ Do not refreeze once thawed.
Can I refreeze it after thawing?
We don't recommend refreezing once thawed.
Can I eat it straight out of the pack?
Yes - it's fully cooked and safe to eat after thawing. We recommend warming it up for best taste.

How do I order?
Select your pack on our website and enter your delivery details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards.
How many packs should I get for my first order?
30 packs is roughly a month's supply. You're welcome to try the minimum pack first.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes - just enter a different delivery address at checkout (Gift wrapping is not available yet)
🚚 Delivery
When will my order arrive?
For GTA, all deliveries arrive on Thursdays. Order by Tuesday 8PM to receive that same week.
Will it stay frozen during delivery?
Yes - we deliver using refrigerated vehicles to keep everything frozen.
Is pickup available?
Not at this time. Online order with delivery only.
Latest Update: Now available at OKMart store in Ottawa! 🎉
Do you deliver outside Ontario?
Currently we only deliver to the areas listed on our site. Expansion is planned.
